Good news for those still waiting for their new Saga

Proton will be holding a special weekly draw for those who have booked and have yet to receive the newly launched Saga. With over 40,000 bookings since the launched, the waiting period would only be getting longer.

To overcome this issue (in a way), Proton has decided to give ten lucky customers weekly an express route to getting their ride early. If you are so happen to be one of the chosen ten, you will be able to drive home your new Saga in just 2 weeks after the draw. Oh and it doesn’t matter if you booked it either in Proton Edar or EON, both are eligible.

No mention of how long this campaign will run but customers must be eligible to be included in the draw. To be eligible, the down payment has to be fully paid and you also require a receipt of the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) from your financier.

For once I think this is a good move by Proton. Not only will it be fun (albeit for those who actually get picked in the draw), it sure beats the hell out of receiving just RM300 worth of petrol vouchers for compensating the delay in delivery.
